What is the 3H Recovery Group?
The 3H Recovery Group is a Christ-centered, 12-Step recovery program in Palm Desert that helps individuals overcome life’s most difficult obstacles. Because we ground our framework in the proven principles of Celebrate Recovery, our support group brings together people from all walks of life so they can experience personal transformation through God’s grace.
Specifically, we offer support across three key areas:

Hurts: Emotional trauma, grief, divorce, abandonment, or painful past experiences.

Habits: Compulsive behaviors, substance abuse, process addictions, or unhealthy coping mechanisms.

Hang-Ups: Anxiety, chronic anger, guilt, perfectionism, low self-esteem, or unforgiveness.
