IGNITE Student Ministries is Desert Springs Church’s premier youth group. This youth ministry serves both junior high school students (6th – 8th grade) and senior high students (9th – 12th grade) twice a week.
Every Sunday, students can count on Sunday Youth, a combined group of IGNITE students. Students first meet in the Family Room (across from main sanctuary) for musical worship with family and friends. Once complete, the students are released to their youth room, The LOFT, for a student inspired message with Pastor Collin, or guest speaker. Time: 11:00am – 12:00pm.
IGNITE holds groups on Tuesday nights up in The LOFT during the school year and moves to Wednesdays for summer vacation. These youth gatherings are typically combined, and feature: dinner, lively games, passionate worship, in-depth Bible study, and small groups (age/gender segregated) for reflection and prayer. Time: 6:00 – 9:00pm.
In addition to our weekly events, IGNITE attends camps, conferences, serves local outreaches, and has spontaneous hangouts. Connect, grow, and serve by attending a group, or contacting Pastor Collin Kerrigan personally!
